  BEWARE of PADDED ORDERS:
  A few weeks ago was the first time I visited this location. When I got to work I glanced at my receipt. I was charged for an additional item that I didn't order, or get in my bag. It was like $3, I just figured they made a mistake and didn't think about it again. Yesterday, I stopped in on my way to work and again used the drive thru lane. While handing back my card, the man said, "you don't need a receipt, right?" I thought why waste the paper. Bad call. Today check my purchases online for yesterday and *bam* OVERCHARGED AGAIN. I called the location a few times to speak to a manager but no one answered. How much money are there people making by padding orders? This probably happens all the time here. Skip this DD location and go somewhere else.

  This place is a wild card: sometimes you'll get great staff that's accommodating and friendly, and other times you'll get staff that treats you like a nuisance. The past several times I've been there, I've gotten the latter.
  
  Last time I went, they didn't charge me for a refill even though I had the cup, and when I politely asked them for a discount, they brushed me off and kept insisting they couldn't charge me for a refill. The rest of the time I was there, the employee was rude and had to ask me what I ordered four times, and even then my order still wasn't what I asked for. I stayed cordial and nice the entire time, but the employee still treated me as if I just caused a huge ruckus and insulted him personally.
  
  I understand working at Dunkin' Donuts is not anyone's dream job, but at least be friendly toward and respect your customers. This will be the last time I attend this location.
