  This location is becoming more and more difficult to order from for catering. We call multiple times to even get someone to answer the phone, half the time, we are then put on hold. They are understaffed and sometimes only leave one person in the store to handle all aspects of operation while others are out delivering and the manager is going to the bank. Also, on several occasions when picking up orders, it's more like a hangout than a business, friends of employees are loitering around and having conversations with the staff. This distracts them to the point they have messed up on our orders a few times and have had to remake the order while we waited. Upper management and Corporate needs to take a good look at this location immediately and rectify the staffing and lack of attention issues.
