  Food here is always fresh and excellent! Service is also very friendly. Weekly specials for lunch are great and at a very good price.

  The food and the atmosphere is good, but the service 80% of the time is super slow. For example, you arrive at the restaurant and no one greets you so you have to call them and ask them for the menu sometimes I have waited for 5+ minutes. Then after the food arrives no one ever checks back with you to see if you need anything else or if everything is OK with you. Usually they will remember you might have finish eating and they do the most PRODUCTIVE thing: they pick up your food, ask if you need anything else which you will say no (for this scenario), then never bring the final bill! Then 5-10-15 minutes passed and you have to ask for the bill. They bring the bill and then forget to pick it up, that's another 5 mind. Sometimes they also have brought me the bill with no pen to sign.
  
  I am just posting this review, to do a comparison with other type of restaurants which DO work more efficiently which at the end helps the customer have a better experience, specially during work lunch hours.
  
  All they have to do is go to big chain restaurants and copy their model, any american restaurant does not do what they do. I am surprised none of their employees or Manager / owner have realized this after 3+ years of coming to this restaurant.

  This our regular place to eat a delicious meal that taste like we are in Colombia. The staff is friendly and the waiting time is very fair even though they are always busy. I wish they have a menu online so we can just order and pick up. Sometimes we don't wanna eat out. Anyways the place is pretty decent!
