Some sort customer service/serving etiquette training needs to be reviewed there. If you forget something and a guest reminds you there's no need to be defensive or rude, just apologize and carry on. If you can't hear someone, say pardon or excuse me. Don't yell "what?" Seems simple.December 28, 2016
